  : Everything about the hotel was great. My man and I loved everything only thing is the fire pit wasn’t available for our stay.
  : Everything about the property was great but when my man found our blanket with dried blood on it after checking in the person at the front desk wasn’t trying to give us a new blanket until I showed pictures.

  : The free breakfast was very good and provided a nice variety of food. Breakfast was from 6:30 to 9:30, and the breakfast area was very busy any time after 8 with fewer choices available. Overall, the staff was very helpful and responsive to any requests that we made.
  : We were disappointed with the housekeeping. Each day we had to request towels. We spent 4 nights, and we do not believe the room was cleaned during that period. We used the dishes and kitchen, and we ran the dishwasher. We were not provided with any replacement dish soap during the four days, so we left dirty dishes behind. Our kitchen trash was never emptied. We resorted to leaving a bag of trash in the hall, which was removed. We were not given a replacement trash bag for the kitchen trash can.

  : The fridge was not working. I told this at the reception desk a couple of times and they didn't do anything about it. The shower is awful, the water is either extremely cold or extremely hot.
