  : Room was very basic with awful decor & not particularly clean. Dusty mirror ball in your bedroom?!! Basic hot drink making facilities but no milk & we werent offered any. No mention of WiFi. I booked based on the reviews & rating but did wonder why there were no pictures of the room and now I know why. I payed 125 as a special 50th birthday treat & was expecting at least a little bit of luxury especially as Ive stayed in other hotels in the area for much less money & couldnt fault them. Still I was prepared to put it down to experience until I was told that the hot breakfast I was expecting was not included & even the milk used for my coffee was on the turn. The young girls on the staff were pleasant enough, I think the management should take more responsibility for the state of their accommodation. They obviously didnt care that theyd taken my hard-earned money & failed to deliver a decent standard of hospitality. Ive stayed in hostels that were more welcoming, better appointed & much more value for money. Left feeling ripped off, disappointed & actually pretty disgusted. You really need to polish up your dusty mirror ball before anyone is going to be dancing for joy in your bedrooms!
