  : The location was wonderful, right on the bay with a view of the bridge. The staff was helpful and friendly.
  : The facility was huge, and 9/10 empty. Mold in the bathroom, cobwebs in the ceiling, stains on the bedding, tears in the towels. There was a gap all the way around our door, letting in light & who knows what else. The restaurant was closed, the pool and hot Rob were not clean or working. This facility has great potential - 3/4 needs to be closed down while the other 1/4 is renovated. Needs a total remodel. The grounds need cleaning up - lounge chairs, benches & picnic tables would afford guests the use of the great outdoor space. Our room had a spongy spot in one corner, under the worn-out carpet, it had 2 queen beds crammed in an area that would fit one comfortably, no where to relax comfortably. Had a patio door to the outside, but no chairs to sit on. No air conditioner & the room smelled funky - old, stale & smoked in. The refrigerator had one temperature - freeze. The microwave was dirty. Even though the facility was empty, we had to ask for a room with a view. When using the bathroom sink, the water drained all over the floor for some reason. I do have to say the staff was helpful, and moved us to a downstairs room. Unless there was a serious renovation, I would rather stay home than stay here. But again, this facility has great potential if the owners were willing to go to the plate and invest some time and money into it.

  : The only staff member, was super sweet and very professional. The view was phenomenal.
  : They should've let me know the pool, hot tub, restaurant, and bar were all shutdown. My bathroom was disgusting, not even cleaned from the last guest. Shower sprayed everywhere. Sink created a puddle on the floor every time you used it. No A/C. The entire property was dilapidated. Hasn't been cleaned, painted or fixed in years and it shows.

  : I like how behind the building there is a trail for families to take a walk and it was very fun for my kids finding shells.
  : I didn't like how the supervisor/front desk person accused me of having more then 4 people in the room after I knew the limit and threatened me to charge me $100 more per person.i explained how it was only my mom,my sister and my 2 kids that stayed there and me and my dad didn't.i don't mind paying extra especially if I'm in the wrong but I don't like being called a lier and being accused of something I didn't do.no information of who I could talk to besides her and clear everything up.she also banned us from ever staying there again because of what she tough had happened. I even asked her to check the cameras and see that i never came back until about 7am to check on my kids.i really hope this wasn't a race thing because my kids,my sister and mom liked it there but not the supervisor/front desk lady accusations towards us.

  : The view that's it!!
  : Everything. They messed up on our rooms and put us into a different room. Then they messed up and didn't realize that they put us in the other room and had the worker walk into our room while we were in there. Also there was no swimming pool or hot tub access. Poor service all the way around. Never going here again
