  : We were placed in the wrong room. I booked a queen room with 2 queen beds, they placed us in a king room with 1 bed. We went downstairs to explain and show proof of the room we booked and staff stated that booking.com didnt send the correct information to them. We were then placed in a half way decent room that wasnt very clean and had water bubbles in the bathroom ceiling, the shower floor felt like it was going to fall through the floor, and the room smelled of humid mildew.

  : Great location. Many nice restaurants in close proximity of the hotel. Bed/pillows were comfortable and we were surprised at the great size of the tv.
  : There was an issue with our reservation. We noticed our WiFi username/password wasnt working. I went to the front desk and the attendant was very pleasant and was able to help me with getting a new password, but she informed me there was an issue with my reservation. I used booking.com to reserve our room, and she said she couldnt find me in the system. She said she would check into it and let me know. Later on someone came knocking on the door while we were napping. We didnt answer the door. Then we had a call to the room. Again didnt answer. I called back later and she had found the issue. Seems the computer system had us as a no call no show. I was told the general manager would get this fixed Monday. The real issue for me was when someone came to our door and they were trying to get in. We could hear someone trying to get into our room! This was after I was told the issue was known and would be corrected. My husband looked out the peep hole and noticed a front desk attendant, along with 2 customers trying to get in our room! We didnt answer the door cause we were in our pajamas. They eventually went away. I called the front desk and told the attendant someone was trying to get into our room. He apologized and said our room was accidentally rented out to someone else. We were looking to get peace and quiet this weekend, away from children and family, and it turned out to be a bit annoying due to the situation with our reservation. Overall we had a good experience, but it could have been better.

  : Feces and urine came through the ceiling in the second room I was given when asked for a room by a door because I can't walk and I have a dog so I have one leg and one dog I needed to be by a door. They put me at the very front of the hotel or our lobby with all the people were where I can't walk with one leg and a dog. They finally moved me to another room 155 to be exact when s*** and urine 4 hours later or so started coming through the ceiling. I moved twice in one day. They had nothing to offer me. Nothing nothing. There's nothing. They just give you a different room and too bad for you that you had s*** and feces and urine all over your clothes and all over everything you own. They don't care they didn't wash anything. They didn't do anything
  : Customer service. There was one guy that helped me when the dookie and urine was coming out of the ceiling but he didn't have any decision making Powers. He could only help me move and so he did and he tried to pass it along just like I tried to pass it along. Not only to employees to the insistent manager to the top manager, no one cared that there was feces and urine all over my stuff
