: Good location across from a lovely beach, up off the road, walking distance to shops and restaurants, nice pool, full kitchen
: Someone in a condo near us would often be smoking when we were on the patio. we werent even sure who to talk to about that. we kept seeing signs that smoking was prohibited. We would have liked more amenities for the price. The fees were quite high.

: great location, private, spacious with two bathrooms
: not very clean, all towels smell like mildew, dryer does not work (we tried drying those towels you had in there every single day) extremely loud, old A/C at night that needs a filter change, the plastic cups are all leaking from the bottom, old bedding that didnt seem clean, dead bugs and mildew behind curtains. huge caution tape holding up a tree in the parking spot..

: There was plenty of space in the unit. Ceiling fans. Nice kitchenette. Front and rear patio. Washer and dryer included. Plenty of dishes and the refrigerator had a large ice bucket. There were 2 bathrooms. The unit could accommodate 4.
: 1. Strands of hair on bedsheets and we had to wash the sheets. 2. TV remote control had a broken battery compartment. 3. No TV in bedroom. 4. One power outlet on right side of bed didn't work. 5. Dead roach in dresser drawer & on floor 6. Loose fauc

: Easy check-in, very clean, lots of space, the washing machine and dryer were nice to have. Furniture already a bit old, but still in good shape.
: Maui or not, 400US$ per night for a condo without any hotel services provided and at a place where they ask you to wash your towels yourself before leaving...that's a bit off a price one could call reasonable.
