: My wife and I really enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Das v Evert Hotel. Our room was on the 3rd floor with a handy elevator. The bed was good sized and comfortable. The walk-in shower had excellent water pressure. The owners were personally involved with the day-to-day running of the hotel and were so helpful and kind. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They took time to tell us about Wurzburg including the Residence and the Old Main bridge where we enjoyed the atmosphere and the wine. The breakfast at the hotel was outstanding with a variety of options. I would suggest that you include it. WE were easily able to get back to the train station with our luggage by using the Tram which was only a few minutes walk away. WE had an excellent Italian dinner at Il Grano, only about 1 block away from the Hotel, and an excellent Turkish dinner at Ararat - the owners wrote down the directions to the restaurant for us using the Tram. We recommend this hotel.

: A very well run family hotel, within walking distance of centre of Wurzburg. We had a large room with very comfortable bed, good bathroom. We did not worry about the lack of air conditioningthere was a large, very effective quiet fan that we could move to get optimum breeze. We could also open the windows during the night, though the road outside did become busy early morning so best to shut then.There is a parking bay outside the hotel to use to unload luggage and the large multi-storey car park is literally round the corner. It is expensive but no more than parking anywhere else.We did not have breakfast in the hotel but sure it would be of same high standard.The gentleman on reception was extremely helpful with directions for parking , and suggestions on best way to walk into the city. It is a pleasure to meet such friendliness and professionalism. The lady owner was charming and friendlythis is an extremely well managed hotel.

: The owners were a very nice couple and invested in providing a great service
: I asked for a double bed and in typical European fashion, we got two single beds and I had to sleep across the two this is a rubbish tradition and one that should stop everywhere across Europe! The next time this happens I will personally call and if theres no double/queen/kind bed then I simply wont be staying there
