: The location, very well centered and the terras. You can easily dry clothes on the terras.
: NO ENGLISH = NO INFORMATION. Nobody speaks any English. When you approach someone, they shake their head in advance to say no.The fold-out bed has no clean sheet. There is no proper pillows to sleep on. No clean cover for pillows. You have to sleep on the sofa pillows which are not comfortable. Some kitchen gear is present but there is no sink to clean those. No decent chair to sit. I stayed there for 4 nights, garbage was never emptied.

: Great location - close to the train station, quite a short walk to the beach, close to the tourist area but a bit to the side of it meaning it's quiet and safe around. Beautiful building with a lot of flowers. Good room, very clean. There were many useful items in the room that I didn't expect, very nice touches - a tv, tea kettle and a tea bag, a candy, glasses, plates and cuttlery, dishwashing soap and sponge. I thought the single bed would be a bed and not a sofa-bed but even so, it turned out to be very comfortable. The room was small but very cosy!
: Neighbors were often smoking at the balcony in the room next to mine and my small room very quickly filled with the bad smell of cigarettes. The walls are quite thin so you couldn't sleep longer in the morning once the neighbors woke up very early and were loud in their rooms or the corridor. It would have been good if more information about the room was provided by the host, either via email or in a welcome sheet of paper since I had to ask about the wifi-password and check-out rules myself.
