  : 2 adults and one child (3 years old)- heating- electricity problem - location (its very steep almost on the top of the hill)- view- apartment is located on the ground flow- very dark apartment (no natural light)We arrived at property, paid our stay to owner. Owner showed us apartment and heating system. Heating system is running on the electricity (2 furnaces, one in the living room and smaller on in the bedroom).At the time we arrived, apartment was a little bit chilly and owner told us that we can turn hot air blower from the furnace.We went out for a lunch and get back to property, take a shower in freezing cold bathroom (no heater in the bathroom, and there is no option to heat it up).I turned hot air blower from furnace to heat the apartment and electricity in the living room went down.Called owner a few times, sent SMS with the description of the issue, after a while she get back to me with the solution to send her husband to fix the issue. Time pass.My son told me a few times hes chilly. I told her that well find a new accommodation due this issue. Didnt ask for refund, she didnt offer refund. Just told me to stay there and wait for her husband to pick up the keys.After ~30min, no one showed up, I called again and her husband picks up and he told me just to leave keys under the door rug.Address is probably wrong, its far from Center. And its very steep. It was very hard to find. To be precise, impossible.View is horrible. Since this is ground floor (feels like basement) terrace and all windows are looking at the concrete wall. No natural light. Im so sorry for the review like this.
