  : Good things:1. View is beautiful as its on the hill. We celebrated New Years here, had the best view of fireworks left, right and center2. Quite place, no noise from the street3. Spacious; everyone had space for themselves and then a big living room with fireplace to have some together time4. Equipped kitchen, even salt and pepper was provided:)5. Ivan is super helpful; ask for anything and hell make sure to make it happen. Very attentive, unlike anywhere Ive stayed at before
  : A couple of things to keep in mind:1. House is on a steep hill, youll need a 4x4 car to go up. After it rained, we had to walk up on foot, its a good workout:) They do however offer a taxi service on the spot if you dont have a 4x4 car and you can leave your car at the bottom2. Beds could be more comfortable3. Water in the dowstairs bathroom is heated together with the house, so it didnt have hot water a couple of times (i.e. early morning). The upstairs has a boiler, so you do have a choice4. No one speaks English (more of less the situation is the same in the whole town). You need to speak Ukrainian or at least Russian to get around
