There was absolutely no Wi-Fi in the room, although the presence of the Internet was important to me.There was a cobweb and a spider on the ceiling in the room.There was no room cleaning.Under the hotel there is an express road without pedestrian crossings. There is traffic noise.But the worst thing was that we were charged twice for cleaning the room because we didn't take the trash out of the kitchen. Although initially we were not shown where to take out the garbage and that we generally need to take it out on our own. We sorted the garbage properly and left it in the room.And my daughter, when she was doing her homework at the table, unintentionally accidentally painted the surface of the sofa with a ballpoint pen. I didn't notice it. And after the checkout, the staff expressed their dissatisfaction in an angry tone and demanded to pay for chemical cleaning at an inflated price list.As a result, we initially paid for the child, then double the cleaning fee, which made the final cost of the hotel inconsistent with the one declared on booking.com.For this we got a very upset child and a very spoiled mood. It is a pity that we chose this place for children's vacation.
