Disappointing

  : Everything is clean and comfortable
  : The hostel is a bit expensive but I decided to treat myself; have a good bed and I would cook because they had a kitchen. Until they told me it costs 15 euros a day (!!!) to use the kitchen. Craziest thing I've heard in an hostel. Some staff told me I couldn't even use the kettle, another girl told me that the 15 euro is to use the stove and oven. Either Way, I think it's crazy. I'm traveling for a while so I have to watch my budget. Now it was cheaper to eat outside than in the hostel and snack some veggies in my room? It would have been a nice (but not social, probably because it's to expensive for a town like Evora) hostel if I could have cooked but now this really messed with my experience. I think you guys should add this in the description or take away that you got a kitchen (which wasn't while I booked it, otherwise I would have done so)

  : Location just off the main plaza, the terrace, the large shower space with full doors, the English tv channels, removable hangers, the staff.
  : Just minor items - the bedside tables in the double room were a bit small, the towels were rough, there was no in-room safe, the price of the double room.

  : It seems that this hostel spent all their money on design with actual comfort a distant afterthought. Not that the living room isn't beautiful, and the view from the balcony is indeed worth a picture, but... very cold rooms, tepid showers, cramped dark dorms with triple bunks arranged so that it feels like you're sharing a double bed with your neighbour, and a 10 euro charge to use the microwave and stove in the kitchen (??).My compliments to the exceptional receptionists and the cleaning staff keeping the place spotless, but I left after one night and I won't be back.

  : Great location, superb staff, toilet rooms are quite organised and clean. The bed was very comfortable.
  : It is a pity common areas such as the terrace close as early as 10 pm, especially on hot nights (I understand it is about noise policy. Believe me, guys in the bedroom were pretty much noisy anyway!). Beds facing the door are unpleasant when people come late at night, and the aisle lights go all over the place.

  : Everything is spotlessly clean, the facilities look fresh new and the location is great. Amazing common area and terrace
  : The property is missing a bit of hoste vibe. The workers are very nice, but they are not hostel people. Also, there are a couple of upgrades that would help, like putting curtains in the bed bunks. Also the mattress was not crazy comfy, and the bed was very noisy.
