  : The view was good
  : Old, broken base. The bathroom is uncomfortable and has a very rusty, outdated shower cubicle that didn't even have the glass doors cleaned. Overall, I don't think they had cleaned other than changing the sheets and towels and the trash can. The entire balcony was "marked" by swallow droppings.The food is not good.If I hadn't been so tired after the trail run I made, I would have found another place to sleep. The price of BGN 150 is 5 times more than what was offered, although there is a pool, a sauna, but the conditions are really poor.

  : The staff was friendly.
  : The pool is not with mineral water. The temperature was far from comfortable (low). The cleanness of the spa zone needs improvement.

  : Good,because of the block table reasonable products.
  : Dinner was served just from two waiters for approximately 60 covers of guests.Got in for dinner at 19:15 ,after an hour didnt receive nothing on table.Than I went to kitchen to pick up atleast salads for our table by myself .We were located on terrace without any lights which it was the excuse of waiter that didnt see us.Once I picked the salads we havent drinks,so I went to poll bar to get some.After one more hour around 21:15 we moved inside with hope that someone gonna serve us.When finally came the waiter I order some drinks but he informed us that the mains(lately recognise re heat meat from yesterday) that there was only two portion left for table for for(after 2 hours waiting ,we were lucky that were there without our child).He offer some other food for us which been served.I ask him to ask his manager atleast for free drinks after the waiting but he refuse with very funny manier.The manger was wear with shorts and T-shirt without sleeves with very funny tattoos .As a Bulgarian I was shy from the couple of Romania who were together with us on the table,I paid the drinks for them as a excuse for the poor service at our own country.Small advice to manage atleast he can wear more smart not like his comeng from the beach or harvesting.
