: The bungalow was gorgeous. The loft attic offers a beautiful tranquility.
: The space smells very moldy. My whole family got sick by the end of our two-night stay. There was also no way to properly heat up the space without the fireplace, and the fireplace seemed to worsen the moldy smell. Without the moldy smell this would have been a perfect stay.

: I attempted a payment to Volcano Village Inn on Oct but my card was rejected, so I went for another propertys services. The Volcano Village Inn held my credit card information and charged my card $1210 in Dec without my knowledge. I immediately asked them to cancel but the manager ghosted me. I tried to call them for two weeks and even went to the property in person hoping to have someone to talk to. I already submitted a lawsuit to local court.

: I loved our beautiful cabin and the people working there were amazing. Everyone was very kind and helpful.
: The price was very high and I wish I had stayed at a cheaper accommodation, all things considered. I thought the cabin was in the national park itself, so thought the price was appropriate, but when I realized we were very close but not actually inside the park, I was disappointed. I wasn’t familiar enough with the area, which is my own responsibility. The hot tub would have been perfect, but it was very cloudy and dirty looking.
