  : Very good location and area.
  : The apartment was dirty, soft furniture with spots as well as on the floor there was dirt. We couldn't clean it ourselves because we didn't have proper utensils for it, as well as nobody came during our stay in order to clean the flat, nor changed the towels. Also we asked an extra bedding, but never received it, though we have been asking for it every day.

  : The residence has a direct access to the beach and a great swimming pool. The restaurant is nice and its terrace is great place to relax with acceptable prices. Lots of services and activities offered for extra time, with a wonderful spa centre. When I complained about all issues I had, they have compensated me with free services (that was super-kind from host side).
  : The apartment was small with beds that were not comfortable at all. Air conditioning of neighbours was too noisy and couldn't allow to sleep at night. The cleaning services was supposed to come every 4 days and in 17 days they came twice because we asked for it at reception several times. We were 3 and only two beds were prepared with sheets. We had to ask for sheets 3 days in a row to get them finally. Some other issues happened during our stay but finally they compensated us.

  : Everything was perfect , amazing place for family vacation. All activities are available day and night. Amazing staff , Amar escort us to our room and he was very helpful and give us all the informations regarding the resort. Overall it was ana amazing vacation.
  : I didn't like that we are in a resort , so usually ur dress is always swimsuit. During our day we passed by the restaurant for lunch , he didn't let us enter in the swimsuit, he told us that we r not allowed to enter the restaurant in our swimsuit. We should wear clothes , even for the kids. I think it's not acceptable inside a water resort such instructions , because all the people coming for lunch or dinner are coming from the pools.

  : Very friendly welcome: Mert, Ammar and Serif are very helpful. Ladies at the Spa are very competent and professional: Juni and Ayu. Excellent fitness center. The restaurant food was awesome and the team including Noble, Innocent, Victor, Soliman, Cynthia orchestrated by Denise and Songl deserve a special recognition and a big thank you ! Check out the picture that I posted !
  : The equipment of the various activities are a bit tired: mini golf, lounge chairs at the beach, tennis rackets, etc...

  : The water was turned off early in the morning when we wanted showers and use the water for breakfast. There was no warning of this and it was an inconvenience with no mention of it by the staff.
