  : Very kind and helpful owner. Accommodation very spacious, three separate rooms for up to 7 people. Bathroom and kitchen fully equipped. The owner provides parking on the yard. On the roof available terasse with great view to all of around the city. Accomodation is located in the very centre of Vodice; to Plava beach - less than 10 minutes walk with all equipment taken. To the nearest restaurant and cafe bar - 100 m to both, to the bakery and market Ultra - 150 m. To the most famous Vodice's monument - 5 minutes walk.
  : What is not very common in Croatia - there is no air conditioning in the facility. There is a fan in every room and kitchen available. Which is of course in line with the description on booking. However, you may be surprised. More sensitive guests may complain about the noise - on the east side balkonies (courtyard view) - there is a dry cleaner operating 7 days a week, on the west side - the balconies are admittedly facing the park, but there are cars driving around non-stop. In my opinion - the flat is in the process of being refreshed, as you can see that a lot is already done. However, the furniture and the cooker in the kitchen should have already been replaced.

  : The location is very good. The host is friendly and ready to help. Rooms are in demand and often sold out. Wi-Fi is ok. Parking is free and excellent.

  : The location was really good, the owner was extremely nice and met us on arrival, very nice man and went through everything with us to make sure we were happy
  : The room was a very dated and could do with a refurbishment

  : It is located in the city center, but just far enough from the tourist horde that goes into the city at night. It is a 3 minutes walk from the center and 6 minutes walk to the Beach. There is a grocery store and bakery in 2 minutes walk. The balcony is a big plus. There is also a roof top balcony which can be used by everybody and the view fantastic from there. Parking space is available, we did not have to worry about this is also a great plus. The host was very kind and helpful. Gave us a lot of tips and replied back to us quickly. Thanks Toni
  : Well, based on the price you don't really have the option to complain. Don't expect a 4 star hotel or a fancy apartment. You pay for the location and it saves you money for this price. To be polite as much I can be, there are some stuff that needs to be seriously upgraded in the room where were, but it is very far from bad.
