  : - The location is great. Right in the center. Next to the beach.- The wifi connection was impeccable. - You can park the car right in front of the gate.- Big fridge and freezer. That's nice. But since you can't cook, don't see the point! :)
  : - Weak waterflow in the shower- Toilet gets blocked if you poop too much (... Lol) - Nothing to cook with (just one camping stove outside, no pan, no coffee machine)- DO NOT use the washing machine. Clothes get out of it stinking more than when we put them in. Even after washing them at home 2 times, they still smell bad. But maybe it's the water of the city that's off. - No heating system- The kid runs until late at night e.v.e.r.y. day.- The grandma is quite intrusive.Very sorry, don't mean to write this negative comment. I'm tired to pay for places that are not worth the price (expensive or not).

  : Good wifi, cooking facilities, private entrance. Friendly owners living above, so easy communication. Just 3 minutes walk to beach and center of town. Easy parking on street. Good value for money.

  : .No kitchenette which was advertised. U could make something with old different style but not easy. Hardly any knives spoons.. Nice people but do not speak English and few words Italian. But they were nice family.

  : We had a good stay here. The location is amazing as its very close to a good beach and even though its not in the center of Vlor I actually found it better since it was by the beach and in a very lively area with a lot of restaurants anyways.The owners are very friendly and helpful. They live above the apartment so it was always easy to get help if we needed anything.The apartment is spacious and has good wifi. We especially enjoyed being able to do and dry our laundry there for free.Overall I think its a nice place to stay for a couple of nights and good value for money.
  : This was not a problem with us since we only stayed a couple of nights but especially for a longer stay the apartment doesnt feel very private since the hosts live right above you. Sometimes it felt like very early in the morning and very late at night we could still hear kids running around above us. I believe the water heater or something in the water system is also quite loud so if you are not a heavy sleeper you might wake up in the morning when the family starts using the shower etc. There is also an outdoor area with a table and chairs but we also felt it wasnt really private either since its just in the familys front yard and has a lot of their things stored around it.Another thing that wasnt really a problem for us because we didnt stay too long but might be problematic if you are staying longer and want to cook is that the kitchenette is not really the best equipped one weve seen. It has a fridge and some glasses, plates etc. but theres no stove, microwave or similar equipment inside and instead there is just a small camper stove outside of the apartment.

  : The owner guided us to the apartment.
  : It looked like it hasn't been cleaned after the last guests left. The toilet seat and bathroom mirror were dirty, a used razor was left at the sink. The owners use it as a storage place. There was even a Christmas tree. The appliances seemed to be near breaking down. The room smells stuffy and wet. There was very low water pressure. Everything was dusty. It's quite dark. You don't feel like in an apartment, owners above are almost always heard.

  : Location is perfect ,near lots of bars and restaurants as well as supermarkets .Walking distance to the beach.Apartment is on the first floor of the house ,on the second floor lives family owning this place .We were met by mom of host ,she didnt speak English ,but we understood each other less or more,so there was no big problem .There is some stuff to improve ,but anyway the object is worthy of visiting for 1-2 nights for sure .
  : It would be great if you provide guests with hair dryer,and take out some personal stuff of the owners like some coat in the drawer

  : The apartment was clean and the location is really good because it is right on Lungomare. The facilities are not the best, but they are just the right value for money.
  : The owner lives upstairs, which is not a problem, apart from the fact that there is no privacy, since the lady checked who I was with and where I was going. I came back to Vlore, and for this reason I decided to book another place.
