  : One of the staff members, Melissa, was excellent, communicative and friendly!
  : The breakfast was terrible. Very poor choice, every day the same! We had to ask for something else on the third day because the food was so unappetizing! Don't get me started on the water. They were turning off the water pump which resulted in not having water for simple shower. We had to constantly complain to the staff, in order for them to turn it on. This was happening every day.

  : I liked the pool.BUTFor two nights, the administration of the hotel sent us an invoice of 200 euros, explained that they need to pay a commission for Booking.com. Although the original price of the reservation was 70 euros per night and the first night we spent in a room that cost less than 70 euros.
  : Accommodation. On Booking.com the hotel is declared as 5 stars. After booking, 5 stars turned into 3. After 3 hours on the plane and 3 hours in the car, we were placed in a room that did not match the booking. Strange shower, sheets with holes, no drinking water in the room, and no minibar. It was impossible to buy anything at 1 a.m. so the first impression was not good. They promised to move to our room by 9 am the next day, but we got there near 11.Service. When we moved to a new room, which was cleaned in the morning, we found an unfinished bottle of beer in the refrigerator, long hair in the bed, and a leaking sink. There was quite a lot of water on the bathroom floor. I warned the reception about the problem with the bathroom and asked to solve it while we were at the pool. When we got back to the room at 1 pm the problem was not resolved. We decided to take a break. After 15 minutes our rest was interrupted by an insistent knock on the door. The fact that the room was closed from the inside did not stop the attendants and they continued to knock. As a result, the repair of the sink took three hours during which we could not rest.Food. Breakfast at the hotel is included in the price. On the first day, there were fried and boiled eggs, bread, butter, milk, cereals, tomatoes, cucumbers, cheese, and tea. Everything was in very limited quantities and people crowded around the table. What surprised me most was the lack of coffee. It turns out that if you want coffee for breakfast, you have to buy it at the bar. The bartender does not speak English and sometimes forgets about your order, despite the fact that there are not so many people there. When on the second day I had to ask first to take out the plates, then the sausages (which miraculously appeared for a short period of time) and then tea, we decided to change the hotel. Tea, by the way, was brought cold in a thermos. For me, it was tantamount to complete disrespect for the client.
