  : There is a restaurant at the hotel. We had two nights dinner. During the dinner there were a lot of mice (mouse) around us. How can you have a dinner among the mouses. There is no restaurant around the hotel and this situation was discusting during the dinner.

  : The view was amazing. The breakfast was also great even though there were barely any vegan options available. The restaurant did have one vegan option which was great but the cake for 5 was tiny. You can sit there for hours watching the ships go by. But even for paying guest of the (quite expensive) hotel, it was still required to keep purchasing something from the restaurant or bar. For a really great service, this should be optional, given it was always pretty empty while we were there, even on the weekends.
  : It was very expensive given all of the problems. Many small things that made staying there quite difficult for us. They had a very old fashioned shower that was different from the one in the pictures, you also couldn't take down the shower head and had to lean down all the way to get it to work. Without my glasses, I almost burned myself. My mother had problems getting in and out because of her knee injury. There was barely any room to hang something in the entire room, including the bathroom. There was no wardrobe and when I asked about it, they said it was like that because the architect had intended it this way. It seemed all about form, which makes function very difficult. The window front with a partial view of the water seemed great at first but during the first night I didn't close the curtains all the way because I wasn't aware that this would be needed. I slept next to the window and got a pretty bad cold because of this. I could go on about a few more things that didn't meet my expected standards of a 4 star hotel but I think this does suffice to convey my disappointment.

  : Know the hotel well. Lokation, views, food all good.
  : Staff had difficulties servicing properly on first floor, probably due to construction ongoing causing distrubed workflow. It was mentioned to before making reservation, so no big negative. When making the reservation the employee wrote me that the restaurant was closed for construction on ground floor, but left side (which is my preference) was in fact open when I was at the property. Also, my guests arrived earlier than I did and staff told me no reservation was made under my name which was a bit unfortunate. It all got solved adequately and as all my previous experiences in restaurant, hotel or with one of our events were more than good, nothing to worry about. Just something to pay extra attention to perhaps. Ill come back for sure.

  : The location is great. The Reception staff are lovely.
  : The hotel guest wifi is not secure and there was no option to have password protected access. The young girls on duty at breakfast were mostly chatting behind the bar and we had to ask to have our table cleaned before we sat down. Noticed they weren't cleaning any tables between guests using them, just clearing dishes in a very desultory manner. They didn't keep their eye on the coffee machines either, so they kept running out of milk etc. Lack of training.
