: The location was sensational!!! The best we have been to and we have been lucky to experience some excellent spas around the world. We had an upgrade which was wonderful and a very unexpected touch - the suite stylish, cosy and very relaxing. The setting was so atmospheric and the staff made us feel absolutely at home. We really loved it and had two beautiful very romantic meals right by the water, even with a thunderstorm over the mountains which made it extremely dramatic with the backdrop.
: We are sad to have to mention this, as it really was such a beautiful place and the staff were so lovely and wonderful. There happened to be a large international family staying there with lots of kids who were highly excitable, screeching like crazy and running around the gorgeous serene pool and spa area in and out of doors, opening and closing the steam room, etc. This completely ruined the amazing and peaceful experience which I had wanted for my wife for our weekend break and which we had expected for such a special place, - we would recommend that it is an adults only spa area if guests are allowed to maximise their purpose of relaxation at the spa. In fairness though and to his utter credit, the spa attendent did speak to the children to ask them to respect the quiet zone, which they did for 10 mins. We would easily have given it a 10 Rating, had we not experienced the noisy spa on our day 2 of a 3 day break. May this was just unfortunate. Every else was absolutely perfect!

: Beautiful location and the building is very impressive from the outside. We traveled with a baby and they were great at accommodating her. They had a cot, changing table, baby towel, diaper pail and even a little toy ready for her in the room when we arrived.
: The inside was not nearly as beautiful as the outside. The furniture and the spa area looked like it had seen better days. The restaurant staff was not very accommodating and completely overwhelmed with just a few tables. For dinner we were first seated inside and then made to sit outside even though we told the waitress it was too cold for us outside and all the tables and chairs were soaked from rain that had just passed. We were then sent back inside because of the weather where we proceeded to wait for over an hour for our food. The staff (with the exception of a very lovely man who checked us in) was not particularly friendly. The toilet in our room was also not properly cleaned from the previous guests.

: Stunning location and absolutely gorgeous property on the lake! Fabulous spa!!
: Our rooms bathroom was way below standard in terms of privacy and functionality! Shower had a lousy curtain that stuck to you every time you took a shower and no way to use the handheld with getting water ALL over the bathroom floor! NO doors to the bathroom just and open walkway so no privacy whatsoever if taking a shower or just wanting to let partner sleep in longer without fully exposed to the bathroom! For $1800.00/nite it was the worst room of our 10 day trip and it should have been the best!
