  : The beds were comfortable, the shower head was good and it is near the motorway turnoff
  : Its on the edge of town, so getting in for the evening was a chore - two adults and three kids cost 31 in two taxis getting back was worse, we couldnt get a taxi and walked 20 mins from the tramThe place isnt five star by any measure, its about a three star business hotel. Its faded and shabby, outside of the reception. The room and corridors smell of smoke, and our room was very dusty. The carpets in the corridor are threadbare. The shower head was great but its in a bath, which I nearly slipped in twice.Breakfast cost 17 a head and was frankly appalling. Worst breakfast in Spain!? Was charged to park in the car park, only 14 but still, is that the cost of an out of town hotel? In short, its grand for a stopover night, but lower your expectations no, no lower them further than that!

  : The location is good, just at the outskirt of Vitoria Gasteiz. The parking garage is convenient. The room was a good size, but needs some renovation. Old fashioned.
  : The food at the dinner buffet, which was provided during the ironman weekend, was mostly cold. We had dinner there twice and both times the food was cold. The staff at the restaurant was friendly as well as at the bar. This is definitely not a 5-star hotel, rather a 3-star. The indoor pool is not free of charge. You have to pay EUR 22-27 (depending on the day) for 60 minutes. Children pay EUR 20-22. The hotel was probably once a fancy hotel, but outdated now.

  : The apartment and the bathroom were big and comfortable. Very good reachable from the highway and sufficient free parking space.
  : The interior is quite outdated and run-down. The kitchen equipment very old. The kitchen in particularly was quite dirty.
