  : Donners has previously provided great lodging, with friendly and accomodating staff. This time, the experience was underwhelming. The hotel remains in a most attractive location, though, and the minibar selection is quite good, as are the various soaps and shampoos.
  : We were located in annex, with what seemed like recently constructed rooms. There was no desk in the room, and a desk was needed, both fo private and professional purposes. The room was quite warm, and although windows could be opened, they could not be properly fastened in an open position due to faulty hardware being installed, presumably by the contractors. There was also a major ventilation unit across the street that went on and off during the night, although this cannot be blamed at the hotel. Finally, the hotel staff was, as opposed to all previous experiences, rather unhelpful. We needed a toothbrush, and we were told on no uncertain terms that the hotel does not help out if the guest forgets to bring toiletries (a visit at a neighboring hotel solved the issue).

  : Family room was not in the main property. We were not given proper directions to find it. When we found it, the room was on the 4th floor with not lift on it. We had to carry all our luggages all the way to the room.

  : Breakfast was ok and the apartment was big and beatiful.
  : We stayed over in October, first night was a bit cold since the heating was not on. Apartment was quiet - until Friday night came and downstair restaurant opened for the night.
