  : The staff truly made our experience great! They were genuinely friendly and helpful. They were all so welcoming and kind. We also really appreciated the breakfast option. We were impressed! Great variety and it was delicious. The hotel was modern and beautiful. The lobby was beautiful and the decor above the bar was really cool. The room was clean and a great size. We were satisfied with our stay!
  : Unfortunately, the elevators weren’t always working. 1 of the 3 were down most of our stay. Then we had a power outage in our room.

  : Our room didn't have enough draws and the draws were too small to put anything in. Very small fridge. The air conditioning was not cold enough, can only go down to 68 degrees. The elevators were not working, at times only 1 to 2 elevators for 14 floors. I am disable and had to walk down 5 flights of stairs., and was in pain for the rest of the day. Also, when I informed the front desk, they were unsympathetic and did not apologize, specifically after I told them I am handicap!! The breakfast area was not big enough to accommodate guest to getting there food. The breakfast area was very clean. Food selection was the same every day.

  : Loved the location. It was perfect for teens. They could walk to the center of the boardwalk action. Loved the outdoor pool, large hot tub and the pool food was excellent. My son got on of the burgers and it was great. My other son got a cheese steak wrap and it was good, my daughter got a salad, chicken fingers were just ok. Waffle fries were very good. Decent prices. I recommend the burgers. The breakfast was better than average with eggs, biscuits, sausage links, bagles, cream cheese, yogurt, banana, oranges, waffle maker, oatmeal, cereal, and some days potatoes.
  : We lost power in the rooms for about 2 hours on one day and about about an hour the day prior. The biggest inconvenience was that the elevators didn't work for several hours. We were on the 10th floor and I was stuck in the lobby with all my beach stuff for several hours and couldn't get to my charger in my room. My phone was dead and I couldn't reach anyone in my party.Also, we stayed in this hotel less than a month ago on the 7th floor. The rooms were very clean on the 7th floor with everything brand new. I think this time I got a room that wasn't ready for the public. The shower curtain had black mold on it, the phone was covered in a thick dust, the door between the bedroom and changing space didn't close all the way, the lock on the door was hanging off broken and dried soda splashed were on the door that wouldn't close. Maintenence came up and fixed the door and lock.I think we just got a bad room and since I have stayed here before this was not typical. Everything is typically very clean.We did ask if they were going to compensate us for the power loss and the elevators not working and they said no. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful. I felt bad for the manager when everyone was checking in with no elevators. It was bad.
