  : Location. We needed a place to stay while our apartment was being renovated. It was close by.
  : Horrible tiny pillows, we asked repeatedly (4 times in 2 days) for more towels, which we never got. We asked for early check-in, I was told to check back in an hour for availability. I was placed on hold for 18 minutes on the phone and then hung up on..when I called back and I was placed on hold for seven more minutes. I was told there were three rooms available and I should hurry because they were first come first served so she couldn’t guarantee there would be one ready. We finally ended up checking in two hours after the promise time. The young man said “oops that’s what happens when we’re really busy.” parking is absolutely horrible with four handicap spaces for a huge hotel with parking across the street in the pouring down rain.

  : I found the property to be well maintained. Cleanliness is very important and should be priority.It was a very hot day and our room was nice and cool and comfortable.

  : I didn't like that I had to wait for my room upon check in. I was a few mins late to an event because of it.

  : Breakfast could have been better than what they put out for their guests. There were not a lot of options for breakfast.
  : My kids found blood spots on their blanket, the bathroom had a funky odor to it. I was unaware of the feather pillows or blankets, which can be bad for a person allergic to everything. The hotel room could have been more clean. They should have included the number of guest towels and washcloths already in the room instead of asking for extra towels. Someone's car got broken into, which made me feel unsafe staying there.
