House in a luxury residence with swimming pool and tennis court

  : The villa is really good. location is amazing. it will be comfortable for family. own garden is perfect.
  : the staff is horrible. attitude towards guest was so bad from the very begging. they was blackmailing us. there was the problem to pay the deposit (it wasnt our problem, it was bank problem) before the arrival and they told us that that will charge us with the whole amount of stay. then we figured out how to pay. but when we arrived we didnt have a WIFI for the whole stay. we are not from France, so we didnt have internet at all. in the toilet the heater doesnt turned off, and it was like more then 30 degrees there. staff didnt want to figure out our problems at all. that said we should write on the booking. but the person who messaging with us wasnt friendly at all. after our stay they proposed to pay us 50 euro, so we will not write any review. But it was just words.
