Policies

WiFi is available in all areas and costs EUR 10 per 24 hours.

Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 3 years old stay for € 6 per person per night when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 5 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Please inform Appartamento Sanders in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that late check-in from 20:30 until 23:00 costs EUR 30. After this time, a surcharge of EUR 50 applies. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of EUR 35 per stay applies.
