  : The apartment hotel was clean and tidy, and it's primary positive was location to the centre of Villars.
  : The kitchen area was cramped and barely workable, a small area in a small room containing the bed, two small wooden chairs and a drop leaf table. Functional but comfort seemed a secondary consideration. This was once a hotel that has been converted to apartments, clearly with the emphasis on squeezing as many apartments into available space as possible. The result for us was an experience that did not give us any "feel good feeling"; we would find it difficult to recommend.

  : Loved the location, and the check-in process and support were excellent. Really enjoyed the pool and sauna, and the studio apartment was very cosy.
  : The shower took a while to heat up and drain.

  : DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY UNPROFESSIONAL!!DISGUSTING!!NOT WORTH IT!!the high reviews made me book with this property and found out that it's SCAMWe are a family with an infant. We booked a studio, after the check in we we found the unit EXTREMELY DISGUSTING!!1/DOG HAIR EVERYWHERE2/DIRTY USED CLEANING TOOLS (spong, brush).3/ DIRT STAINS ON COUCH.The situation got worst because we have allergies from dogs. We started to get itchy and red dots appeared.I contacted the property and the said after an hour we'll clean it, you can move to another unit for the day only.I said we can't go back to this unit, it needs more than cleaning. The dog hair is everywhere and this unit possible has DOG FLEAS.Anyhow when I asked to change the unit they refused and insisted us going back to the dirty unit .I asked for refund and they refused. So I contacted www.booking.com and unfortunately they DIDN'T DO WHAT THEY SHOULD DO. they say we are a platform. I even explained the whole situation and unfortunately I got disappointed.I'll attach the photos so you can see it. If you don't see my photos here, I'll upload it on Google maps.Anyhow, I lost almost 800 CHF and had to book at another hotel for our family safety!

  : The atmosphere and history of this hotel. Outstanding balcony view! Location and ease of access
  : The room a bit too furnished and bathroom a bit too small.The convertible sofa, noisy and inconfortable!
