: STAY AWAY!!Horrible owner who has no shame about mistreating her guests who pay a lot of money to stay in a romantic place. She refused to take us seriously when it was obvious we couldnt sleep because we were sweating so much. She was obviously angry because we dared to wake her up at 1 AM. Left a very bad taste in our mouth. She lied to us about the shower. She obviously knew about the hot only water only that started after a minute, since she told us to shower sitting in the bathtub. The next day at 8 PM she offered a room where the air conditioning actually worked, admitting that it was faulty . We had left town already and she refused to refund any of the 450 we paid for 2 nights. She is greedy and dosn't invest in keeping up her hotel. Bad, bad, bad!!!! stay away. Dread the independent reviews on Tripadisor. Those on their website are, of course, all excellent

: The staff wasnt pretty bad. It took 30 minutes to check in, as the woman at the front desk didnt know how to process passports without use of their online site, which was broken. We booked a suite with a view but the view was of neighboring roofs. The staff also gave me a tough time for having my medical alert dog with me, despite pets being allowed. The woman at the front desk quizzed me on my disability only to say that medical alert animals still require payment, she was just very curious about my medical history. At breakfast, she tried to prevent my dog from accompanying me on the outside patio, despite my dog being medically necessary for emergencies. Later in the trip, she stopped me from bringing afternoon snacks to my room, saying that all food must be consumed on the patio to prevent pests. My guest and I then brought the snacks to the patio, where she informed us that we could only eat food purchased on site. Our last issue was that in the three nights we stayed here, there was never a cleaning service performed. Overall, we were made to feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. I would not recommend staying here.
