: Everything was great except for the pool.
: The fact that we paid 150 for the pool to be heated but it never was. It didn't even have a cover which is essential for heating in the cold season.

: The villa was situated in a lovely village with walking distance to a shop and some lovely restaurants. 20 minute walk to the marina
: - musty smell throughout the villa.- coated in dust - towels were stinking of a damp smell- the photos did not reflect the actual property and completely misleading- outdoor furniture was old and the table dipped in the middle so we couldnt use it- patio window was smashed- the bbq was absolutely disgusting. We complained about this and it was eventually changed on our 5th day (we were there for 7 days) - we paid 210 euros for the pool to be heated and it was freezing cold the whole time and the water jets only produced cold water. When we arrived the member of staff told us he had just turned it on and that it would take some time to heat up. It never did the whole holiday and when we complained we were told the heated pool needed hot weather temperatures to be able to heat it to a comfortable level. The member of staff we complained to said the pool heating function was turned on two days prior to our arrival which completely contradicts the member of staff who greeted us. Complete lies and they refused to refund our money. We were unable to use the pool the whole holiday and the kids were so disappointed.- past reviews of the pool situation show it is an ongoing issue and I wish I read these before booking- access to the actual property was a nightmare and the door knob fell off. We couldnt access the property for an hour.Overall the property was like staying in Fawlty Towers and did not reflect the images at all. I would never advise anyone to stay in this villa or use the company Seashell when visiting Algarve. The company are rude and deceitful by using false images, taking money for a heated pool function when they know its an issue and relies on warmer temperatures.If you are visiting Vilamoura I would recommend the old village area as its beautiful but unfortunately this was the only good part of this review
