Guests under 14 years old are only allowed in the Hotel in February, July, August and November.

The Detox & Relax Wet Area Circuit (Infra Red Sauna, Steam Room, Ice Fountain, Salt Room, Sensations, Showers Tunnel Experience) is not available in February, July, August and November.

Access to the Detox & Relax Wet Area Circuit is not included in the accommodation prices.

The Longevity Vitality Plan daily group activities are not available in February, July, August and November.

Minimum age to access the Spa and Detox & Relax Wet Area Circuit, daily group fitness activities, and gym is 16 years old.

In February, July, August and November 2022 spa treatments are only available on request and with pre-booking.

Between 1st February and 30th June and between 1st September and 30th November, the property entrance gate will be closed for security reasons between midnight and 8 am. During this period guests will be able to obtain a gate remote control at the hotel reception, upon payment of a cash security deposit of 50 euros, which will be returned to the guest at the time of the check-out when returning the remote control to the hotel reception. During this period the hotel reception opening hours is: from 8 am until midnight.

Small pets (up to 10kg) and friendly temperament are allowed on the property only during the months of February, July, August and November, with a maximum of 2 pets per room/suite;
Additional charge of €15 per night and a deposit of €100 at check-in.
Necessary to comply with the rules of the attached regulation.
