  : Not a 4 star hotel!!! Maybe 2. The lady on the the reception very unfriendly, she said she cannot give me a receipt but she will send by email "shortly". Never arrived. The bad was very old and uncomfortable.

  : Location is very good. It was clean. One of the staff members at the reception was very kind and helpful.
  : One of the staff members was absolutely rude on the phone. I had called earlier to say I will be checking in late and the person we talked to forgot to leave my room key in the box. When I didn't find the key, I called the number given in case of emergencies. The person who answered was extremely rude, shouted at me on the phone and told me to get somewhere else to stay. This was 1:30 a.m. when she called her colleague to verify what I told her, she realised that we told the truth and her colleague just forgot to leave the key, in which case she apologized. However, it was such a horrible feeling. Her colleague at the reception desk apologized on her behalf the next morning and even offered free breakfast but I just wanted to get away. I think next time, would be better to first verify the information given by the guest before shouting at them. We are all human and make mistakes, it takes a minute to breathe and be mindful of how our reactions affect others.
