  : Nice and clean apartment very good location little smaller then what we expected but was fine.
  : we have asked from the owner that we will need a cot bed for our one year old and was confirmed but unfortunately it came with no bedding instead the offered big towel we didn't use the cot second there was only one toilet paper for our two day stay we had to buy more, third we had to pairs of keys only one pair works great the other had some problems didn't work well.

  : The attention to detail from the agent handling the property was great. The Agent stayed till we arrived (we arrived early but got slightly lost - our fault). There was a slight issue with the door but handled - unlike most doors turn the key to left 90 degrees to remove the key after locking. The Property was clean and warm and comfortable, had everything a family needs. The Washer dryer gets a shout out too.
  : I wouldn't mark this as too bad however the common area certainly needs to be renovated. When I first arrived it actually filled me with doubt as it comes across almost like a drug den (perhaps a bit harsh but was not my expectations). Graffiti, Damaged floors, ceilings, dark, damaged doors just to say the minimum. However had no issues during my stay, was merely a sheep in wolfs clothing, give it a chance.

  : nice apartment to stay in Vienna, next to Prater park and train station. the room is nice, bed is comfortable, the room is bigger than other rooms I stayed in Vienna money/value ratio is very good for this location
  : we did not know about the early check-in tax of 15 euros, it was not mentioned anywhere

  : It was a clean, spacious apartment close to the Ubahn station, 15 minutes from the center of the city.
  : Let's begin with the communication of the owner and the key holder. As soon as we learned that our flight as gone to be delay 1 hour we immediately reached out to the owner to let him know that we're not gonna make it in time, he then told as that this is not going to be a problem. He gave us the number of the key holder to speak with her 15 minutes before our arrival. She called us 25 minutes before our arrival and she was very rude asking us where are we and why are we coming whit the Ubahn. When finally came we called her and she came after 15 minutes and was also very rude in person and she was not speaking elglish. She told us to pay in cash 106 from the 178 that we had already payed in full and also 15 fee in cash because our flight was delayed. When we ask her what are we paying for and why she told us we hadn't payed the full price for the apartment and that she would only accept cash. Thank god that one of speaks a little of deutsch and could understand her. We called the owner and he told us that we need to pay because we hadn't payed the full price even though we did. When we explained him that in case we were mistaken for the payment we would only accept to pay with credit card he immediately told that that it he arranged from his computer without even asking our card information and that it was settled. After half an hour of trying to negotiate for the apartment that we'd already payed for we were forced to pay the 15 in cash even though there is no such thing in the booking information about flight delays. One last thing was that inside the washing machine were filthy towels and sheets and couldn't use it. I hope that this comment will provide information so no-one else gets scammed.

  : The location even though far from the center had a lot of stuff and shops near by , including an amusement park, a supermarket and a bar
  : It was kinda small for 3 persons. The matresses on both the sofa and the bed were not comfybto sleep.

  : Friendly hostess who communicates clearly. Comfortable bed and modern bathroom. Also very convenient to have a washing machine.
  : Apartment is located in a bit of a noisy neighborhood, specifically at night.The building entrance feels a bit shady.
