  : Hotel is very nice, we received a small complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates due to our honeymoon and they delivered when it came to requesting a room with a city view so it was a very surprise. It was a pleasant stay in a lovely city, breakfast was nice but is very expensive and could easily end up adding a good wedge on to your stay. Rooms look recently refurbished and they were very modern and well represented. The bar is very nice and cosy and the bar staff very accommodating. Location wise its absolutely perfect. Right outside Vienna Central, you are 15 mins and 1 stop away by train to the Airport and 3 metro stations away from Stephansplatz which is the main City centre. Overall very happy stay
  : We had chocolates stolen out our room that we had purchased as a gift for our daughter, presumably this was taken by the house keepers. We reported this to the main desk but unfortunately nobody got back in touch before we left. Although not expensive its obviously the principal. It didnt dampen our spirit however it did prompt us to put a do not disturb sign on our door for the final 2 days of our stay.
