  : The apartments are clean, the beds are comfortable, the bed linen and towels are clean, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need, the internet works well, there is no noise from street traffic in the apartments. Communication with the reception is fast and not problematic.
  : The reception is far from the apartments, it takes time to pick up the keys. There was no information on the booking about the need to pay a deposit of 250 euros for the apartments.

  : The team were helpful and got in touch to arrange a handover. The place was clean and had everything we needed and plenty of space. It was also well located near tram and u-bahn, to get to the Center and surrounds.
  : The apartment gets VERY hot- it felt like we'd left the heating on when we got back in the evening but it must've just been from the sun. leaving the windows open was difficult as the old windows slam in the wind, and they can't be fully secured. There is also significant noise from the street- making it almost impossible to sleep if you want the windows open.

  : We liked the location. The space, the decore.
  : The entrance of the building. Because of that we wore scared but my wife even more to go in and that the inside will be the same. It was dark at the entrance. It makes you feel that something was wrong.the kitchen needs more utensils.

  : Everything was nicely done up, the rooms were spacious and cosy. There was no sound from outside and the heating also worked perfectly.The close by tram station was of great convenience, the underground was barely 500m away.
  : The common area lighting could be better to help navigate easily at night.

  : The check in office is about a 20 minute drive from the actual room. We travelled with a family and the staff provided us with a taxi but did not provide child safety seats. This made us feel unsafe. The room and facilities seem to be run down. The kitchen faucet was partially broken. There was old food left in the fridge and the apartment had cleaning supplies strewn all over. There was no hand soap in the dispenser, no extra garbage bags so that we could keep the place clean and no soap to be able to use the washing machine. They did provide coffee pods and dishwasher tablets for the dishwasher which was nice. There are black out curtains which was very helpful for sleeping. There is a lot of space but the decor of the place is very generic (IKEA) and the infrastructure like the kitchen, bath, entry, windows in this place is aging. When we contacted the staff they responded in less than a day but did not provide us with what they promised. Overall good value, if you keep your expectations very low.
