: good location, near to the train station and bus stations.nice facilities, large TV and sound system, nice design.
: There were many ants in the apartment. Though they tried to put traps and sent cleaning and sprayed around, it didn't help. We couldn't leave anything outside of the fridge. The living room and one bedroom cannot be darken. The sofa beds are not comfortable and flips aside if leaning to the side that is open. They charge a lot of money and unfortunately it didn't meet our expectations.

: We loved the apartment!! So well decorated and well situated close to all of historic Vienna. So great that it had air conditioning as it was very hot in Vienna, but the AC didn't cool as much as we would have liked- still happy to have it at all. Beds were super comfortable and bathrooms really nicely done. Great to have coffee maker as well :)
: Air Con could have been better, but again glad it was there at all!

: Location. Open plan living, feeling of luxury.
: We were moved to another Apartment because there was no hot water. Apartment is in dire need of maintenance. Lots of glass and apartment was hot, a/c was very poor. No a/c in bedrooms. Garden box on terrace full of weeds, outdoor furniture needs repair, blinds for windows broken, outdoor louvres filthy, shower is a handhold in bath in 2nd bedroom with no screens so cold shower on first night the water went everywhere. Toilet for Bedroom 1 is in the Corridor
