  : Location of the property is quite central, a couple of mins walk to one of the metro stations and this makes going around and returning back very smooth. Room was small but comfortable with a private shower and bathroom. Can also make use of a well equipped common kitchen. If you are looking for a value for money accommodation this is a good option. Don't let the sometimes challenging communication with the property personnel put you off, they are lovely people.

  : The rooms are really close to a metro station, so it's not difficult to carry the suitcases from and to the rooms. The hosts are super friendly and welcoming, and are there for anything you need. They let us leave the bags after check out until we came back for them, around 16h. The shared kitchen was a very nice plus - we made a simple breakfast each morning. The room is incredibly warm, even too hot with the heating on - we actually turned it off and didn't turn it on again during the 3.5 days we were there. The room was spacious and comfortable. Everything that one would expect to be clean was indeed super clean.
  : The shower door could have been a bit cleaner at the edges. The shampoo holders are a bit rusty, so I would replace them. While neither of these things is a big deal, they are noticeable.We also did not dare use the toaster in the kitchen - it was super dirty with burned bread bits inside. Yes, it's a shared kitchen, and not everybody will use it, let alone the toaster, but it's still an unwelcome sight should you need it.

  : Overall, we were pleased with our stay at the hotel. The room is of normal size, shower and toilet are separate, there was a separate room for the shower. Everything you need is there. When we first checked in, the room was quite clean. Very friendly staff!! And I was very pleased with the shared kitchen with a refrigerator. There were all the dishes: spoons, forks, knives, various plates, cups, etc. Free tea.
  : We lived in room number 1 - it is corner and on the ground floor, that is, the curtains of the room cannot be opened, since the street around is busy and people are constantly walking. There was mold in the bathroom and in the room's windows. The toilet was not super clean. There is no air conditioning in the room, which means it will be very difficult there in the summer. But the biggest minus is that in 4 nights our room was not cleaned even once! That is, they didnt change the towels, didnt take out the trash, nothing. It seems to me that in 4 nights they should clean at least once. There is also bad audibility, so noisy neighbors can wake you up at night.

  : -The position, you can't ask for more...nice neighborhood, tranquile surroundings, full of any kind of restaurant bar or food; all the public transportation is there with a few steps, but you can also walk to some close attraction like the most famous market and others. - Instructions and automatic check in were given on time and precise (always chek your msgs in the booking account). We arrived late but it was super easy to find and enter. - The room was clean and well prepared. - The price is very convenient for Vienna and so close to the center. - There is a common room where you can cook or just relax and even if we didnt need to use it, it was nice. -The owner is very efficient and available for requests (we were able to leave our bags and use the bathroom after the check out -Wifi ok Location quite close to this hotel that i would recommend: "Caf Sperl" (a beautiful 1880 historic cafe, cheaper and easier to enter compared to other historic caf). The Nepalese restaurant "Yak and Yeti"
  : Everything was really ok, i'll just write down a few thing that didn't compromise our staying at all: -When you open up the windows to take some fresh air, it will open directly in front of a sidewalk (but it is ok, cause you can cover with the tent, so we had no problem) -in our room there were two single matress attached but we were able to sleep well for three nights in any case.
