  : - no transfer to and from the airport was provided, but it was included in the list - it was a bit dusty, and used bags in the bathroom were not thrown away

  : Good equipped. Cosy. Silent this time. I have lived in all three apartments. This one was the nicest of all the three nice apts. i am satisfied and will come back.

  : The location was good and near the metro, tram station, restaurants and grocery stores. The apartment had a well-equipped kitchen, and the balcony was very nice. The neighbourhood was safe and there was a big supermarket at the end of the street.
  : What we didn't like was the following: the thick curtain on the window was ~2 meters short, and we could not block the sunlight in the morning. The bedroom was actually not a bedroom. It was a small space, separated from the living room with a wall and a glass that was open on top (no window). As a result, one could not have privacy in either room. The pillows were very big and hard, which made them very uncomfortable for sleeping. The provided coffee was for one person, although we were a family (2 adults + 2 kids), same was for the shower gel. The water temperature in the shower was either too hot, or too cold (couldn't be mixed properly)There was also no sugar for the coffee. The apartment was meant to provide free toiletries and we didn't bring our shampoo, it turns out they did not have any, and the hosts did not follow up on our requests (it was Easter and shops were closed). Finally, the host was meant to drive us from the reception to the apartment (they are in a different location in the city) but they attempted to avoid it at first.

  : The reception of the apartment is located far from the apartments. And the most unpleasant, we left a clean apartment, as always but I was charged 20 euros for cleaning, which has never happened in any other apartments

  : The location is great, the apartment itself big, pretty comfortable and has almost everything you may need.
  : The pillows were huge, it was not that easy to have nice sleep because of this. On top of this, during the wind storm (which is of course not owners fault) the wind was all over the apartment during 2 nights and 1 day(which is owners fault as the insulation of the balcony is bad quality), and created a loud and horrible sound. After the first night with this wind, I contacted owner with this issues, they did apologize (and appreciate it) but did nothing more. For instance, some compliment (bottle of wine or sweets) could make the impression much better.

  : Communication with the accommodation was exceptional, with messages being answered within minutes. We liked the facilities (complimentary capsule coffee, spare pillows, blankets, towels, various electrical equipment etc..) , the accessibility, the location, private parking.
  : 2 minor things: - the remote controls had dead batteries - the wifi password was incorrectly displayed on the flyer (we could connect to the network by reading it from the modem) and 2 other things: - the air conditioner was not cooled properly - there was no door between the living room and the bedroom to separate / isolate / absorb the noises.
