  : Very nice, tasteful interior design. Helpful staff. Peaceful and secure flat. Loved my stay. And that bed... So comfy, relaxing and charming. Thank you for the complimentary coffee btw, I was so tired and it felt like a gift from heaven :)On top of all these, I had a very unfortunate incident before my stay here, my actual reservation (somewhere else) was cancelled at the last minute and booking.com helped me find this place. Orchideen Team was really understanding, helpful & supportive at every step. Thank you so much.
  : There was an issue regarding the heating, the staff helped me eventually but a manual for the panel would be helpful. (It worked perfectly after they fixed)There were brownish flying bugs in the room, hidden behind the curtains before my arrival; they started to come out occasionally, had to catch them. A net covering the windows may be helpful.Continuous engine(?) sound in the flat like AC or refrigerator. Can't tell. It wasn't so bad but would be nicer without it.Wanted to use gym one day but it smelled terrible (sweat). I'm aware that it's a gym and this is normal -but up to a certain degree; this was too much that I had to leave.

  : Other than the location, nothing! The complex is intended to make you feel like you're moving into just another apartment. And indeed it is an apartment complex, and all the more impersonal for it.
  : I was shocked to discover that there wouldn't be any regular cleaning of the apartment for my two-week stay, except at the end, for which I was being charged an absolutely EXORBITANT amount added on to the total rate WITHOUT ANY PRIOR WARNING... The walk-in shower area does not allow for excess water to flow quickly into the plumbing, and, SURPRISE, cleaning tools are placed in the bathroom FOR THE GUEST to push the excess water that builds up on the floor into the plumbing over and over again... The mattress had seen far better days and I had to ask the receptionist to arrange an alternative, but the only solution provided was to bring in a single mattress from an extra, rollaway bed, to be placed on top of the obviously damaged mattress. The receptionist was incredulous that the mattress is so very used and abused, and I had to ask her what I would gain by exaggerating or lying to her when she could easily verify my claim. All in all, a most unpleasant experience, to put it mildly, and I would warn you off this place in every language, if I could. No amount of change could possibly persuade me to give it another try because the mentality is set in stone, alas.
