  : A bed is always better than sleeping at the train station.
  : This would be a never ending list: 1. Check in process extremely complicated. 2. Hallway stinks of urine. 3. Rooms are not at all of Austrian standards. 4. Floor was dirty. 5. Plaster was falling from the walls. 6. There were holes here and there in the walls. 7. The holes beside the switches are very dangerous. 8. Wind and sound both comes in from the windows. 9. The door had a huge gap letting cold air come in at night, resulting in making all of us sick. I am thinking of complaining to our health insurance company about it. 10. Lift is available only till 3rd floor, so we had to pick up and carry the stroller by the stairs till the 4th floor.

  : The "kitchen" is extremely limited, only has a water heater. no hot plate, no microwave, only a few plates, no bowls, cannot even make instant noodles with this.The apartment was pretty hot even in mid october, an AC would be nice to have. It must be hellish in the summer heat The towels are very small, bring your own.

  : The 3-room apartment was a good size for our family of 5. We brought 3 travel beds separately, for the small children. It was good for the price that we only went there to sleep.
  : After the reservation, their website was mailbombed my mailbox every hour that they could not verify my credit card, but they still deducted the amount of money. That's why I tried to call them, but no one picked up on the number provided (I also mailed to them, but not answered). I also informed Booking.com about it, they reassured me to go ahead. Then when we arrived, I didn't expect to be able to talk to anyone on site, because there were only external monitors and I had to type via TeamViewer on a keyboard in there. Parking is horrible on the street and in the surrounding area, you can't find a parking space, which the host could possibly indicate in advance which parking garage they recommend for the guests, etc. There are no parking machines in the area either, I had to find a traffic to buy a ticket, and maybe the EasyPark app was the only thing I could use to pay the parking there as a foreigner. This caused quite a lot of complications for us. There was one more annoying thing: they draw out attention to everything in advance that smoking and partying are prohibited. In principle, the entire building is soundproofed, nevertheless, on Friday night, the person living below us partied all night and pulled the chairs, and it was as if he were doing it at our apartment. Then he had a party on Saturday night, with 10+ people based on the sounds. Since our little children couldn't sleep, I went downstairs, knocked, rang the bell and no one came out. Around midnight, a manager finally got in, because we heard yelling to them, and he finally sent them to hell out. After that, we were finally able to relax. I am attaching two more pictures of how the curtains looked when we arrived. They were out of whack, I tried to do this as it's the only blackout in the room and the kids sleep better with it up. (By the way, don't be blamed for the fact that we cut it off)
