  : The terrible cleanliness of the apartment and the host's total lack of availability in remedying the situation. We have slept on clothes for 2 nights due to the several hairs between the bed sheet and we could not take a shower because of dirty, hairy towels. Also, we found a women's underwear in the wardrobe... Therefore, the third night we were forced to change the flat - losting money we previously spent for the last night - because, despite our constant warnings to the host by phone, emails and Booking chat, the appartment was not cleaned. In general, it was very difficult to communicate with the host that also never responded to Booking emails and phone calls. For this reason, we could not receive even a partial refund by the host: the refund can only be issued by the host itself. Booking could refund us only the 15% of the total spent amount.Not everyone can be a host. To be a host requires the best professionalism, care and attention to the customers...which in this case was totally lacking.
