  : The lady who checked me in was so kind and welcoming
  : The towels and washcloths were disgusting. There were drip marks on the floor, something on the top cover of one of the beds, and what appeared to be toilet paper or a paper towel in the sink preventing proper drainage. Luckily we brought our own bedding but we still had to air dry after our shower. One bed had an appropriate cover on the mattress while the second did not. Even for the price, i would at least expect clean towels, sink and bedding.

  : They accused me of stealing pillows when I called to see if they had found my wallet, because they seen me carry my pillows back out on camera when I checked out. And there was only one light bulb in the three lamps and the room smelled like cat piss.

  : Check-in receptionist told my brother to “smile more” while we’re checking in to stay down in Parkersburg to visit our dying father.

  : It had a nice location 8 minutes from town
  : I made a reservation online got checked in everything was nice the lady on Shift was very personable. After showering wanted fresh towels and was told there weren't any extra, staff would clean ours after checkout. Ice machine was off because of a "blackout". Decided to watch some TV then a male worker come to the door saying we had to pay more money for our dog. Website says free and has no breed or weight restrictions or fees. He demanded for a dog fee or to leave with a refund. Only dogs shitu size are free labs or other big dogs cost extra, where does it say there's a fee....?
