  : No ice available. No freezer in fridge. Rooms were not completely clean. The floor was gritty. A pillow fell under the bed and when retrieved was covered in dust.There is no one there t is run like a airbnb. Contact by sms only..

  : I got to the hotel and no one was in their motel office. They sen t me a code to get into room. I arrived late, like 9:15PM. When I went to turn TV on, I looked everywhere and could not find a TV remote control. There was a number I texted message I got with room code that said if I need any help. I texted the contact number...then after I asked where the TV remote was, I was contacted and asked to call the number they gave me... A lady answered and said that house keeping, earlier that day found a remote control in the laundry. She said I could go into their laundry area and look to find it. I had to go out to the room and followed her directions into the area through coded doors to the companies laundry room and got the remote control. Then as I was walking out saw two guest who were looking like they were in need of some assistance right in front of hotel office... when I was coming out of the laundry room. I saw two guests at the office door looking like they were needing some help, and I was still on the phone with the lady from the help line... Not sure if they were trying to check in, I told the lady on the phone that it looks like two guests are trying to get a room. This was 9:30PM. I walked to them. They had obviously just gotten married because she was in a wedding dress and he had a tux on...then found out that they were in room #1, next to office. He had just carried her through the threshold of the hotel room #1 and the room had not been cleaned. They were trying to find out what was going on... I gave them my phone and they spoke to the lady and she said that they could take another room...gave them a room up stars (room #10), which was the only room that was left for the night. We all felt this is not good, crazy customer service! How do you put newly weds in a room that has not had house keeping? How do you know that there is a missing remote control and not try to find the room before the guest gets there?

  : Clean, spacious, hard-floored room and bathroom, comfortable beds, very useful refrigerator and microwave, sensible alarm clock with USB ports, efficient self-check in system, near but not on the highway.
  : Heating system with quite noisy fan (even at lowest setting) switching itself on and off all night long, so the room is cycling from really quiet to not at all. Not exactly the kind of background hum you can get used to and be lulled into sleep, unless you can mentally block it out, but easily overcome if you have earplugs.

  : The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The keypad entry getting in and out of our room quick and easy. And the location was certainly convenient.
  : We had booked a King studio that was supposed to have a kitchenette. We were stranded for the night due to the snowstorm and it gone grocery shopping so we could make some dinner before traveling for the next day. Arrival we noticed that the room only had microwave and a mini fridge, i am pregnant and want traveling back out into the snow. So we were unable to make our dinner. Wouldn’t been so bad if I wasn’t pregnant
