  : Terrible place, all the reviews on the site are misleading. They switched us rooms without informing us, which resulted in us entering our room without knowing it's occupied by an American couple. We were asked to pay extra for "local taxes" even though everyone's paying them through Booking. The staff tried to convice us we never paid and need to pay again! Only after we proved them we paid it already and made it clear we will not pay this fee twice, they said they're sorry and that we don't need to give them the money. Two other couples that stayed in the hotel decided to leave and move to another hotel, but the staff didn't give them back their money. The money was returned only when Italian police got to the place. No request was fulfilled by the staff. We didn't even have a kettle, coffee, tea, sugar, water, etc. Would never recommend to anyone, stay away!!
