  : Spacious well equipped apartment. Great air conditioning in kitchen lounge. Nice balcony and plenty of parking. Never used the car into Vichy downtown as bus stop outside property.

  : Big living room, bathroom and bedroom plus a very usable terrace. The residence is quite new, the furniture and decoration are modern and functional. The kitchen area is very usable for a short stay. The parking is secured. We enjoyed the swimming pool with jets and the 'water massaging bed' (an equipment accessible for the non-residents for a very small price). We did not pay attention when booking that this was a residence for senior - it was a bit surprising on arrival but it did not feel sad nor uncomfortable - having younger residents around is in my opinion a good idea. The staff is also friendly.
  : The kitchen missed a few equipment. The residence is around 2.5 km from Vichy city center - not an issue if you like walking (there is a bus stop just outside the residence too) but do not expect a lot of restaurants or bar just around it.

  : Excellent, you get a whole flat for the price of a room, complete with fridge, cooking implements, etc. This is the 3rd time we have used these facilities and they remain just superb. This is not, however, a hotel as such, since the flats are located in a retirement home.
  : There was a bad smell in the room when we came in, probably coming from the pipes. This had never happened there to us before and was probably a one-off thing. Also, breakfast (served in the room) was a bit expensive for what it was, and coffee was lukewarm. Good thing there was a microwave oven in the flat.

  : This place was such a surprise to us. We were not expecting a retirement home where we would be staying in our own small suite. We loved that it was fenced in with restricted access and the breakfast was a nice touch! Would definitely recommend!
  : We were a bit confused because all of the signs when we arrived said retirement community. We were expecting a regular hotel but were pleasantly surprised by what we received.

  : The description doesnt mention that this is an old peoples home (Senioren-Residenz). Unfortunately, the complete house smells like a hospital and thats why we had to leave after one night. The pool is primarily used for therapy reasons and not suitable for children
