  : The room was very small with the poor natural light. Although for two single bed I have paid 165 per night. Excluding the beach fees, that costs 25 each time.Receptionist(Alexandra) knows little English and bit rude.

  : The breakfast and location were good. The daytime staff were friendly. The room was clean and there was daily housekeeping which was nice.
  : This is a smoking hotel, there's no "nonsmoking section." They have a "nonsmoking room" which makes no sense because the rooms next to you smoke, and I couldn't sleep because there was someone chainsmoking in the room across from me, and it was like someone was blowing smoke right into my room, even starting at 4am. I complained about it to the front desk after the first night, and even sent multiple messages on booking.com. I was only told that the people on the balconies can smoke, and I told them that obviously the smoke would travel unless they close the door behind them, and the staff just said she'd check about the smoking. Nothing was fixed though and although the second night was way better in that I didn't smell smoke except one minor time, the third night was unbearable and I started feeling sick and left the hotel early (6:30/7am) just to get away from the smoke. I would not recommend this place unless you don't mind being submerged in cigarette smoke while you sleep.2) the evening staff couldn't hear well and couldn't understand English or Spanish.3) There are no smoke alarms. The staff lied and told me that they are on the ceiling, but there's literally nothing on the ceiling. Obviously if there were smoke alarms they would be triggered by the cigarette smoke. This is the only hotel I stayed at in Europe with so much cigarette smoking.4) there's a lift/elevator, but there's still stairs between floorsI wish I read the full reviews before I booked this stay, I just trusted the overall review score, but the owner/manager speaks extremely rudely to customers in her replies to people's reviews. It's quite astonishing.I wish I could have gotten my money back and gone to a different hotel. Booking.com customer service was of no help, they only told me to leave a review. Waste of time. This experience has made me want to avoid Booking.
