  : The location is close to the station. The staff was nice. The indoor pool is ok, but small.
  : It seems that the room has no sound insulation, I could hear every step of the guests above us. It was very hard to sleep. The hotel overall is very dated. Some of the furniture belongs in the landfill. I called before making a reservation to ask if the SPA works, when I arrived, neither the sauna nor the Turkish bath worked! And before going to the pull we were told to get a swimming cap. Right at the moment when we're going there. There were multiple times when I was told about the pool, not once was a swimming cap mentioned. Because they sell it for 4 at the reception. Not a lot but seems very strange. The beds are too soft for me. The AC is pretty old so even though it's not very noisy, the swing function is creaky which also doesn't help with falling asleep.

  : It was clean, very good location. Rooms are cosy, good beds and man in the reception was nice and polite.
  : SPA (Turkish bath and sauna) were out of service. Important, that we have interested a few days before about it. We have sent the letter to hotel and ask about sauna, because it was a main reason to choose this hotel for us!During check in we got the information about breakdowns, which happened few days ago Nobody warned us, and we arrived from another city full of hope to get spa thereIt was very sad and stressful, we did not receive any compensation for missing services and ruined holiday.When we asked woman on reception why we didnt get letter or some warning about breakdowns, she couldn't answer anything.While using the shower, the lights in the locker room kept going out. There were bugs or cockroaches in the pool, which was not pleasant and scared our son.

  : Great staff and team, with a clean and big room. Very balanced breakfast, comfortable swimming pool and place to park. We will return in the future.
  : Small things: the steam bath could be hotter (and switch on early). On a personal taste some decoration and objects review. But in general everything was has expected.
