  : Host was friendly. Location is quite nice; there is a restaurant and ice cream place nearby. There was a possibility for free parking. Also the house inside temperature was nice when it was hot outside. Great water pressure in the house. It has pool, sauna and jacuzzi but we did not use them so I do not know whether they are good or not, but there are in place.
  : Unfortunately we are not rating the host, but the property which is absolutely different from what we saw on the pictures.At first glance everything seems to be fine. First, you discover that the oven, the kitchen sink and the dining area are in three different room on two different floors which is unfortunate if you want to cook something.The beds are different mattress, you cannot find two with the same hardness, also the grids in the beds were duck taped.There is one AC in one upper floor room which we avoided to use because we feared that it would spit dust given the condition and the cleanness of the rest of the house.Then you start continue to look around. We could not even use the washing machine because it was moldy, I did not want to put any clothes in it.Fridge was broken, our food in it froze because the freezer's door did not close properly so we had to throw out our food. The shower had only one function (yeah it is enough) despite of its multifunctioning nature. The console in the shower was broken too.The biggest problem is the electricity. First, you have to figure out which switch operates which lamp. Then the electric sockets. The pictures talk for itself. Those are extremely dangerous especially when you have children. Broken sockets, hanging ones from the wall. The extension cord in the toilet is under the water heater!This could be a very nice and cozy place after some serious renovation, but in its condition right now it is a huge disappointment for 118 euros/night it is not what you expect. The review of the condition of the property is the host's responsibility prior the arrival of the guests which was not checked. Yes, it is at a nice place, it has features but the condition...I accept that some of the guests gave 10 points but they stayed a couple of days where these problems might not come up. We stayed 11 days. Since there was a festival season in the city we could not book another one so we had to stay all the way.
