: The food in the restaurant was fabulous, the waitress in the morning were not very cheerful! The waitress for dinner was excellent!
: The room depicted in the advertising was a little deceiving! I felt like I was being shown a Corvette and received a Chevette! The rooms were smaller then depicted in the advertisement! All in all it was very clean, and nice for a few days!

: Situated on a hill in medieval surroundings, you have a wonderful panoramic view of the beautiful countryside. The village is cosy and secluded right next to the small castle and only a few minutes' drive to the gates of historic castle town of San Marino. The location is ideal as a starting point to explore the area.The hotel is very inviting, Italian old building charm, renovated. Secure parking spaces are available outside behind the hotel. Nice clean rooms, small but adequate. The staff are very friendly, helpful and attentive. The small spa (separately to order) is a grotto with stone walls and wood, perfect for relaxing after a long journey. The breakfast is plentiful and beautifully presented. The in-house restaurant Al Mastin Vecchio is in a beautifully decorated authentic wine cellar, good cuisine with competent service. Great ambience for a romantic dinner.
: The room was noisy. Noise from the village outside as well as from the hotel inside. Sleeping with the window open is difficult. The fan in the bathroom is definitely too loud and should be replaced. The menu card is imaginatively written, a bit confusing. Could be more concise and beautifully designed.Drinking water dispenser in the spa is not appealing. Instead of plastic and cardboard cups, glasses could simply be provided. The bubble functions did not work properly. Sauna was set a little too hot. Regular checks should be carried out. Nevertheless, the spa is a relaxing experience!
