  : A well located hotel on the principal thoroughfare to the Palace, in easy walking distance. Good parking. RER metro station about half a mile. Hotel is old but facilities are good, spacious and clean . Bed and bath excellent.

  : The location to the castle.The coffee maker in the room.The ice cube machine in the lobby It's by foot not far from the train station and not far from the city restaurants.The stuff was extremely friendly especially one older man at the reception.

  : Great location with easy access to train (300m walk) and sights and shops in Versailles. Coffee machine available in foyer. Rooms well appointed and clean. No air conditioning but the fan was great for the hot weather. Secure bike parking is available for a small extra fee.

  : The staff were very pleasant
  : I had asked for a single room - but the one I was given was in the patio area. I felt very vulnerable as the glazed door was aboutr 1 -1.5 metres from my bed. Iasked to be moved and it was explained that no alternative rooms were available. I really did not feel safe in the room at all; I could hear the conversations of guests in the rooms above and adjacent to me- no privacy. the third night of my stay, the toilet cistern stopped working properly and the water kept running all night. I was given an alternative room on the last night of my stay on the top floor, which went I went to use the shower, I discovered there was no electricity in the room. In fact there was no electricity on the whole floor, so i had to be moved again. There is a real problem with communication in the hotel -staff failed to pass information at shift changes, which meant my stay was really disappointing. No information was provided by staff about the breakfast or bar which is advertised on the site.

  : It was not like the picture at all. No views exceptionally small room. Two single beds is not what we booked.
