  : Comfortable apartment in good location. Fantastic views of this beautiful city.
  : The air conditioning was noisy. There was no door between the lounge/ kitchen and bedroom, so no privacy.

  : The cut off for key collection was 19:30 we landed at 22:00 & had to rush across town to get into the apartment before 23:00 dead line for additional $40 fee. After reading some of the correspondence again this was stated within the rules. However we missed this detail as it was a rushed booking after being cancelled with a different company. Unfortunate but also unnecessary.

  : The location, while we did the booking, in booking map it was showing in the heart of historical center, but in reality it was the other side of the river with a walking distance of 20 minutes to Piazza Erbe. Simply we were misguided.

  : Nicely decorated. Very good position on the river - short walk into Center. We managed to park on the road opposite and parking app was fairly easy to work!
  : Very bad smell in the outside courtyard (stale water in the drains) made siting outside very unpleasant! Air con not easy to use and controlled by owner off site so room very hot!

  : The apartment is lovely - spacious, modern inside in an old building. The location is perfect, beautiful views over the river and the historic bridge Ponte Pietra, within a short walking distance from the Old Town. Licia gave us a lot of useful information as to where to eat and what to see.
  : In similar apartments we stayed in the past there was usually some salt, pepper, sugar and oil which we could use, as we like to prepare our own breakfast. If you have to buy these ingredients you end up discarding most of them.

  : It was self catering!
  : I didnt like the method of entry. The manager Licia had to wait for us because there was only one plane from UK and it was late. That was not our fault but we were still charged 10 euros for every hour after 1900. We arrived 2305. She had to wait and made it clear she didnt want to; we felt very stressed as she said she would not wait after 2300 so we feared we would have the cost and effort of finding a hotel. It was an unpleasant start. Why was there no key box? Was it so she had to be there and could charge us extra. Secondly, the so called outside space/ courtyard was no more than a concrete yard like you see in prisons! Lastly, there was so little equipment eg 2 knives, 2 forks; no J cloth to wipe surfaces, no cleaning fluid. Surely she didnt think wed go and buy that sort of thing for a short 5 night stay?
