  : The location was very good, within easy walking distance of the centre and all the sights. The staff were very friendly.
  : We did not appreciate there are multiple apartments in different locations, and so we thought we had booked a different location to the one we received. But as all locations are close to city centre it is not a major issue.

  : Location and space. We loved the location-quieter area but we could walk everywhere from the arena to across the bridge and Roman ruins. The spaciousness of having two room and two bathrooms was a nice break from our other hotels. Kitchen with all we needed and a washing machine made life easier for our travels.
  : A bit hard connecting with the host and coming by car was a bit tricky maneuvering through town and parking is not close by.

  : Location of the apartment was good. It was clean.
  : The main pictures on booking.com showed different (much nicer) apartments and also the good reviews described other apartments. So, I was not aware that I was booking that (lower category) particular apartment. That was maybe my mistake. So, be very careful which apartment you are booking. So, when I book an apartment I want to see pictures of the apartment and the reviews just to that apartment. That is my expectation. That expectation was not met. In future I will also avoid booking com for booking. Apartments are separate units and have NOTHING in common. Why do I need to read an review of apartment A when I am booking a completely different apartment B just because they are managed by the same person. No logic. With hotels is different. I think this kind of marketing and sales is misleading the customer. The apartment itself was not bad. You can spend there without a problem 2-3 nights. It was clean. But it was on the ground floor and next to the street and loud. This was a problem to me because I had to work on 2 days. The price for that quality apartment was also very high.

  : bath was not well equipped (places for soap, glasses for toothbrush, etc...) in the refrigerator there was no "welcome" water a coffe machine was in the apartment, but there was no "welcome" coffee
